Hi Mandy

Looking in to the type of error it implies that DC 9999 is not a supplying site to plant R300. You can refer to following steps to ensure the display of sales price for generic as well as its variants

1. In tcode - WB02 for site 9999 the distribution chain that supplies the stores should be assigned

2. In tcode - WB02 for site R300 the distribution chain of stores should be assigned plus the supplying site should be maintained as 9999

3. In tcode - MM42 enter the generic article name, enter the vendor from which the material is bought, purchasing organization, sales organization and distribution channel for DCs. Select Purchasing and Sales views. In purchasing view the purchase price must populate if not maintain the conditions for condition type PB00 for a specific vailidty period. Go to Sales view in Sales Price box under purchasing data maintain the vendor and purchasing organization ( same as maintained in purchasing view) the basic price and net price will get populated. If the sales price schema is maintained the fields in the Calculated Price box should get updated  and in Current Price section you can see the current final price. Further click the variant prices tab there you will find the prices for variants. Similarly follow the step 3 for store R300 (kindly maintain the vendor as DC, purchasing org, sales org, and distribution chain for stores.). In sales views the variant price will be displayed.

I hope this helps.
