Difference in the value of price at header and item level

Hi all,

I am facing an error during cash sales.The system was working fine.

Now I have an error whereby there is a difference in the value between the header and the line item price.

The user had given 3 items and made two invoices of the same. However the value of the invoices does not tally with the value of the price at the header level of the sales order.

I request you to kindly help me with the issue.

Hi Raviteja,

I went and checked the condition type.However, the filed type VALUE is not ticked.

Can you please tell me any other way to resolve this issue?

Hi Rajashekar,

I am using only header condition. Also in my pricing, I only have basic price. I dont have discount or tax as I am in a middle east project. It was working fine till now. Now, I dont know why this error.

Hi Sriram,

it seems there is a field in condition type called VALUE -  if u check the field has ticked header and line item price will differ .

Please uncheck the field type VALUE in the condition type and try once.
