Bad or missing Storyboard configuration file when opening VC

Hello,

We have installed the required components to run Visual Composer on several PCs. All the PCs are working OK except one, which receives this error:

Bad or missing Storyboard configuration file (~studio.ini)

This PC is running IE7 as opposed to the others.

Any idea how to solve it?
