I am trying to Provisioning groups but I am receiving the next error message Cannot find spml request, do you know why I am receiving this message?

The reason was a missing parameter.
Parameter: ROLE
value: saprole

Thank you, Im going to review your suggestions.
We have two enviroments in one environment provisioning works without problems but in the other environment provisioning does not work, both enviroments have the same versions (GRC 10 SP 9 and portal).
at SLG1 I saw the error message "cannot find spml request".
