As per error, there is some User Status profile active in an Inspection Lot including this status (NSPA)... You need to change user status-NSPA manually first and then need to do UD posting.
Check & revert if any further issue.

coz- I am MM consultant not QM. But some urgency i want to solve this isssue. Please guide me.
Goto into change mode of Insp Lot (QA02) and change the status.
