Connectivity between SRM 7.0 EHP1 and ECC 6.0 EHP5

Dear Experts,

I know a little bit about SRM.I wnt to connect SRM EHP1 with ECC EHP5.

I have configured the middleware with RFCs.

bt facing problem in R3AI_DNL_CUST_BASIS3.In smq1 tx it shows SYSFAIL?

Can anyone suggest where shall I get the trace of exact error??

Please help me asap.

Outbound Q in SRM will have status sysfail only if processing failed in ECC.

Check ST22 in ECC for the dumps.

It may be related to missing entries in CRMATAB.

Check Note 1501685 - Table CRMATAB is empty

Hi ,

As Sushil mentioned check for note 1501685 and also see if you have entries maintained in CRMRFCPAR in ECC with 2 entries one for delta and one for initial download .Recheck all your material master replication settings.

Hi Naveen,

I downloaded the note 1502607 as per note 1501685.

it says "SAP Note does not contain valid correction instructions".

Also I have checked CRMRFCPAR table in ECC.

Hello,

Please check the ABAP dump in R3.  It may relate to RFC User authorization.  Please refer the OSS Note.  1498111.

I found that the CRMATAB in txn se16 -- >

click on "Number of Entries" and got result 0.

What should I do now?

I am also facing the same issue.

We are on SRM 4.0 but I have checked all the settings mentioned above - like CRMCONSUM, CRMRFCPAR etc tables and other settings.

But still I am getting 'SYSFAIL' in SMQ1.

Please tell me how did you solve this?

Hi Sushi,

I have a similar problem in CRM 7.02 integrating into ECC 6.05.

When I check the CRMATAB table there are over 800 entries.  That's not necessarily something I want to just delete.

Hi,

Double click the line that shows SYSFAIL and you will see a line in red and in the status you can see whats exactly wrong.
