Solving inconsistencies found from report DPR_CHECK_CGPL_HIERARCHY

HI All,

I am getting dumps when navigating to resources tab in a project . I did an initial investigation to find a report 'DPR_CHECK_CGPL_HIERARCHY' that showed there is a inconsistency in the project. Can anyone give some idea on how to go about solving this inconsistencies. The mail content sent from the program 'DPR_CHECK_CGPL_HIERARCHY' is below .

Dear ,

your steps within the project  --------  led to an inconsistency in cProjects. In order to enable SAP to correct this error please append this e-mail with what you have done and forward it to your system administrator immediately.

Hi Kiran,

SAP support probably has correction reports for this. I would suggest to open a ticket and get help from support. Maybe the colleagues can also give some advice / not how to avoid that this happens again. Best regards

Hi All,

Browsing through the code of report 'DPR_CHECK_CGPL_HIERARCHY' there is a commented call to report 'Z_REPAIR_HIERARCHY' . Searching sap support portal with this report name pointed to note 1426241 . The program 'Z_REPAIR_HIERARCHY' corrects the inconsistencies in table 'CGPL_HIERARCHY' .
