How to empty Delta Queue

Hi,

Our ECC system is being upgraded from Non Unicode system to Unicode. In order to do this activity there will be ECC system down.

From BW point of view I need to make Delta Queue empty. As per I knowledge I need to run every process chain which is pulling data from Delta Q, and once RSA7 entry is 0 then I can make sure Delta queue is empty.

Is there any other t-code or way to check whether Delta Q is empty?
