while installating CCMS agent unable to registrater the program id

Hello Experts,

Having issue while installating CCMS agent, Agent installed in satellite system but system unable to registrater the program id. when i tested connection in RZ21 getting error like "Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=2 thRc=67"

Actually there was issue with server side system unable to connect SAP gateway due to this i faced the issue.

Now issue fixed.

Have you register your agent using admin user who has all access?

while giving sapccm4x -R pf=<profile path>, at os level. what is the error you received.

have you checked ccmsconf file s fine at os level or corrupted.

follow the instructions here to install and trouble shoot

But am facing problem after 3.1.5 (Checking in CEN the ccms agent registration)

RZ21 in CEN, selected the radio button Agents for Remote Systems, and selected the Display Overview button. The agent that i given just registered appears in the list in the row

SAPCCM4X.<host name>.<inst. no.> is showing "online" Status

After that i selected the row SAPCCM4X.<host name>.<inst. no.> and did the test connection and am getting mentioned error.

  "Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMINIT' : cmRc=2 thRc=67"

In the log file "/usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS00/log/sapccm4x"

hi,

wat s the error you get when you register ur program at os level

sapccm4x -R pf=<profile path> after given these did you receive any error

your ccmsgents are nt yet registered.

I wonder, agent shows online, how the test connection failing, check the RFC destination directly in sm59.

hi,

System is not allowing you to register? one reason have you used OS user which admin access, have access to register tp ?

second thing is have you register agent with other cen system?, if yes re register with the proper cen system

Please review this too http://scn.sap.com/thread/748405 for other posiblities
