Hi,
I see &SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_ERRTXT& getting truncated in alert email than the actual error in adapter.. I see some of the threads regarding this issue; but couldn't get the answer yet. Thanks!

You can use &SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_ERRLINES[]& container variable. This contains the entire error text in the form of table lines. For additional information you can refer to SAP Note 1294312 - XI alerting: SXMS_TO_ADAPTER_ERRTXT is truncated(Requires SMP login).

I believe text max length is 80 chars. You cannot expect more than this.
