Hi Experts
I have successfully created Incidents and Service Requests using the FM CRM_ICSS_SRVREQ_CREATE. However, I cannot seem to have the "Reported By" and the "Message Processor" fields populated. Can somebody guide me which parameters in the FM CRM_ICSS_SRVREQ_CREATE would accomplish the same? Also,can I directly update the priority and status in table AISLAIDX to modify these?
Come on experts - I need your help. Is it possible that nobody created incidents/service requests using CRM_ICSS_SRVREQ_CREATE? I doubt it.
