I've done this settings in AGS_WORK_CUSTOM:
where
ZMIN_STD_MSG_DISPATCH_1-ST LIN - one of the needed condition for showing the actions menu
HF_SET_STATUS - method that I use in my custom actions that I created in SPPFCADM tcode
