Transaction variant ZME22N not working

Hi,

We have created Tcode ZME22N with Transaction variant by copying ME22N,then we remove access of ME21N and ME22N from user id.

but user is facing error while creating PO using Tcode ZME22N.error appearing as "You are not authorized to use Transaction ME22N"

Please advice how to handle this issue.
