DMS Document Distribution

Hi experts.

When the documents is finally approved by workflow is it possible to send mail to all the users involved in the approval process. If it is possible please put some light on this topic.

hi,

yes this is possible, u need to integrate it DMS with ECm so that your approved document via Workflow along with aasigned object will move to all those person who are in the hierarchy for its approval and further processes.

Or simply u may customize one Z-table and maintained all user with uniques key who are responsible for the document and use the workflow, where workflow will carry the PDF file of that document and intimate all those persons on their mails.
