cFolders - SNC integration

Dear experts,

in our project we would integrate Sap Supply Network Collaboration with the cFolders in order to allow the sharing of some documents like invoice, billing, custom documents, etc.

A standard solution allows the creation of a cFolders drop-down button with direct links to cFolders on the PO and the WO.

Our business flows need attach documents on the ASN.

Is there anyone with experience on this matter and who can suggest a solution for our issue?

Hi Roberto,

To integrate cFolders from SNC, you need to maintain RFC to cFolders and as well small customization to be done for linking.

When user click on cFolder button available at PO and Releases screen to view documents, user should have two kind of authorizations in cFolders and as well in SNC.

You have to maintain proper collaboration folders in cFolders and accordingly provide authorization for that folder in cFolders.

System will check role and type of authorization for each collaboration.

Can you forward config details on c Folder functionality and also does this need a separate Hardware or docs are stored in SNC backend system?
