Hi Experts,
We are in 3 ECC Systems with ECC6.0, EHP1 and we are implementing SRM7.0, EHP2 and SUS. The SRM and SUS are in same server with different client.
We are implementing Classic Scenario for SRM and We are Implementing MM-SUS scenario.
It is a global implementation with different ECC systems in place (Basically 3 ECC system). The challenge we are facing is, the same Physical Vendor Exist in all 3 different ECC system with different vendor numbers (But physical vendor is same). Because of the same we are having below issues, Could you please any one suggest the approach to over below issues?
Note: Basically first we are trying to find the solution by Standard with out any enhancement.
Issue 1:
If the same physical vendor exist in all three system. During Replication of vendor to SUS system from all 3 ECC system, will create 3 vendor ID in SUS and in turn generates 3 Admin / Log in ID for the same vendor. But Vendor would like to have a single ID in SUS for dealing with all 3 ECC system. ( In case of SRM, we are overcome this issue by creating a single Vendor BP number and mapping ECC vendor numbers to SRM BP number along with logical system details).
Issue 2:
Approach1: To overcome Issue 1, If we take approach of loading of vendor manually to SUS system. We need to think of mechanism of linking manually loaded vendor with Logical system. Because it is MM-SUS scenario.
( Please let me know (In Standard, with out enhancement) the mechanisim of linking Manually Loaded Vendors to Logical System in SUS?)
Approach2: If we replicated from SRM to SUS. Then MM-SUS purpose not able to meet by standard (Identification of Vendor Logical System Automatically - By deualt it will be SRM).
Answers are apprciated.
Thanks
Giri
Hi Girish,
In SUS the identification key is vendor's mail ID.
In all the ECC systems please maintain the same email ID for the vendor.
Then try to replicate to SUS. They will be mapped to the same BP in SUS.

Malay
