Delivery block in Sales Order inconsitent

Dear friends,

When I'm putting Delivery block @ schedule line level (VBEP- LIFSP), then the value of the line item is getting reduced from the Credit Exposure- Open Orders- which is correct.

But when I'm putting the same Delivery block @ header (VBAK-LIFSK), then the value of the Sales Order is not getting reduced from the Credit Exposure- Open Orders!!

Why Delivery block header is not reducing the Open Orders value? Pls suggest.

Hi

Check in the pricing procedure the condition or line with subtotal 'A' (see Note 18613 - Checklist for Credit Management, question 15). Check if this condition have any VOFM formula where the value becomes zero if it's blocked.
