Service Shopping cart issue

Hello,

We are in process of integrating Service Procurement scenario in SRM without Service Hierarchy. But we are getting error whenever Shopping cart gets approve and try to create PR in back end. Error is coming as BBP_PU 231 Backend system XXXXXXX is not availa ble. Inform system admin.

Non Service shopping cart is flowing through correctly without an issue.

Could someone please advise.

Hello,

Usually note 1517301 helps to solve this issue. This note has corrections to be applied in both ECC and SRM system. If corrections are already applied in your SRM system by support package, check if such note is applied in ECC.

Normally this issue occurs when such note is not applied in ECC.

Hi Ricardo,

I have checked this note and they are already applied.

I am really puzzle with the error because if we use Material product type then we don't see the error but only for Service Product type...

Do you think there may be some configuration missing for Service.
