Which SAP solutions use Process Components and their interaction model

Hello Experts,

I would like to know which SAP solutions use PI Process Components and Process Component interaction model? Even though there are articles on this in SOA space here, but how many/much the customers are using / adopting to this way of defining their process comp.?

Can you tell me some scenarios in a SAP solution which uses this?

Moreover, there is an option for Business Objects (BO) model too in PI... are they used in Business Suite or by Customer?
