Service line item when copy description is not changed

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.01 . We are facing issues with service line items. When we create SC with first item being service item from the service id , system picks the description of the service master and then if we "duplicate" that line item in Shopping cart and change the service id then description is not getting changed . System is taking the description of the same previous item.

Has anybody faced similar issue. Is there any SAP note on this.
