Error During settlement from WBS to WBS

I Have created an investment project with 4 level of WBS,   as we have to control the costs at 4th level ,at 4th level WBS I have added the Budget and total up to 1st level,  now my actual costs are at 4th level WBS and I need to settle it to 3rd level, (as my automatic AUC from invensment profile is at 3rd level) , then I will settle it to AUC.   But when I run CJ88 and put the 4th level WBS(I have already maintained settlement rule), the system is giving error that your 3rd level WBS is not have sefficiant budget.   Please help me to solve this problem.  Mandar

I think the reason for the error was budget availability control on project. in spro ps-costs-budget-define tolerance limits, check the Tr.Grp and exclude the 05 in that group against your budget profile. so that system won't check budget availability on wbse's relate to co posting.

otherwise supplement the budget to 3level wbs and do settlement from 4level to 3level.
