SUP 2.1.3, SUP101 tutorial, Wizard issue

Hi experts,

After I upgraded my SUP from 2.1 to 2.1.3, I tried to follow a SUP101 tutorial again to see if a new environment work properly.

First issue I encountered is: When I drag-and-drop Customer table into Mobile Application Diagram, wizard window pops up as usual but it generates a 'create' operation only. Why did it not generate 'update' and 'delete' operations?

Is there any option to control this MBO create wizard action in workspace?

After I uninstall everything including 2.1 and install again by following a guide, it started to work as expected.
