we are on PLM7.2 and all the search connectors are active and working fine. When i created a new user copying an existing user(for whom the search is working fine) the search is not fetching any results. Can any one suggest what could be missing. Interms of roles and profiles both the users have the same. Pls suggest.
since embedded search is taking into account Access Control Management authorizations, which you have probably activated, the new user might not yet be assigned to the contexts you are using?
