Need to know how to prevent changes to manual pricing conditions after delivery & biling

Hi Experts

I  need some advice - is there a user exit or some configuration that I am missing that will prevent our users from changing the values in manual pricing conditions on orders - after the order has been delivered & billed ?

We have 3 manual pricing conditions defined in our pricing procedure. In the sales order, the user can enter values in these fields. After the order has been delivered & invoiced, the user is still able to go into the sales order in change mode and amend the value's in these fields. How can we stop this from happening ?

Hi Clare,

this requirement can be achieved through authorisations. you can make to it display mode to the particular user or can set to display only once delivery or invoice is done.
