How to adjust Positive Call Closure Survey in SMIN of SM 7.1 SP6?
Hi guys, have you found the way to configure this survey functionality?. I'm facing the same problem, I've activated for ZMIN the action ZMIN_STD_SEND_SURVEY but when a user confirms a ticket no mail is sent back in order to fill the survey.
Is there any way to trace the actions executed by the system?. I'm checking at Scheduled Actions, but the ticket does not execute this action when gets confirmation status.
