Sorting LOV ****HELP****

Hi,

Is it possible to sort the LOV for a particular object. If yes please explain.

Praveen,

    You sort when the LOV is displayed by clicking on the header.  If you want to force the LOV then you need to it change the settings within the Universe for the Objects in question.  In the Universe click on the Objects > Edit > Edit Query > Click on Objects > Apply Sort (A to Z or Z to A).

Hi Ajay, Thanks for responding.

Correct me if i am wrong,

Click on object-->click Properties Tab-->Click on Edit Button--> Right Click On Object-->Select Sorting Type(Assending or Desending)

Is this process correct. If not Explain little detail

      The process looks correct.  Last thing do a Save and Close in the Query and then Un-check Export with Universe and hit APPLY or O.k.  Sounds like you have a UNV.

The process is a little different of you have a UNX.
