Sales Office cannot be updated in Dropdown List.

Hi,

After changing the Sales Office Names in "Mantain Sales Office" and the relevant assignments in "Assign Sales Office to Sales Area", those Sales Office Names could be updated in Dropdown List of Inquiry, Quotation and Sales Order screens but could NOT be updated in Dropdown List of Customer Master (transaction XD01-03 / VD01-03). The problem happened for one user role only. Could you advise any problem on the setting / user role ? Could you also advise how to solve this problem ?

Problem resolved. Just found that the Personal List under the Dropdown List of Customer Master (transaction XD01-03 / VD01-03) was not cleared.
