Workaround for linking one PersonBP to two OrganizationBP

Hi all,

I have a case where one user is managing orders for two vendor accounts.

The SAP SNC documentation clearly states that a Business Partner of type Person can only be linked to one Business Partner of type Organization.

Still I'm wondering if anyone has comeup with a workaround. There might be cases where PO receiving/management is managed by a 3rd party. Or two vendor codes for two legal companies still sharing a dept. to deal with customer orders.

Can Business Partner Group Hierarchy be used to first link to vendor codes (BPtype = org) to one BP and then link the user to the Business Partner Group Hierarchy?

The alternative is of course to issue two userids to the supplier user or merge the vendor codes into 1.

Hi Christian,

If it is possible you can create One BP organization and assigned the same BP org to both vendor.
