CRM Sales Mobile 2.0.2 and deploy MBO SUP

Hello everyone.

I'm installing CRM Sales Mobile and I installed CRM Add-On on CRM Sales, Netweaver Mobile 7.3.1, SUP 2.1.2, SUP DOE Connection 2.1.

But where is the package MBO?

I didn't find into Documentation and some SAP Note about it.

Setup and Configuration Guide is available in SAP Service Marketplace.

You should check Master Guide and Installation guide. You see NetWeaver Mobile 7.1 is required. (Not 7.3).

I have installed Netweaver Mobile 7.3.1 because on the Data Flow and Monitoring Tools document has the text:

With SAP NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1, Gateway to NetWeaver Mobile component is no

longer needed as it is included in SAP NetWeaver Mobile 7.3.1.  SAP NetWeaver Mobile

7.3.1 is currently in a ramp-up phase.

But I didn't find the transactions "ESDMA Application Setup".

Do you know something about the transaction of the Netweaver Mobile 7.3.1?

I'm sure NetWeaver Mobile 7.3 itself is supported but 7.3 is not supported with CRM Sales mobile app 2.0.

CRM Sales mobile app 2.0.2 needs NetWeaver Mobile 7.1 (not 7.3)  and Gateway 1.1 to NetWeaver Mobile.

Hi,

Firstly u need to have role SAP_SDOE_ESDBR_DWLD assigned to your user.

If it is assigned ESDMA Application Setup portal link should appear under your user menu .

Check for role, if assigned search in user menu for ESDMA u will find it.
