Budget check while doing stock transfer

Dear Experts,

We want to have budget check while doing stock transfer from one WBSE to another WBSE.... How to achieve this?

We are procuring material for Level 1 WBSE (plant M001) and budget check works fine while creating PR/PO for this...this is standard. The client wants budget check while doing stock transfer from Level 1 WBSE to Level 2 WBSE (plant F001).

Please guide us.

Adding to Mahendra's first point, you need to have the budget for this transfer posting inaddition to the budget allocation you do for level 2 WBS in your new plant(F001).

eg

Transfer posting cost is 100,

Your production cost in plant F001 after transfer posting is 200,

then your Budget availability for WBS2 should be 300. Ensure this.

If you have opted for 'valuated project stock', budget will be checked for stock transfer. Following are pre-requisite:

1) Budget available for  level 2 WBS

2) Stock you are trying to transfer must be valuated project stock.

Dear Mahendra,

Thank you....Budget is available at Level 2 WBSE and we are using valuated project stock.

Actually, MM consultant configured different document type for stock transfer and we tried stock transfer using ME21N (mentioned supplying plant and receiving plant). Then, budget check is not happening. I tried using MB1B with movement type 415 Q and it's working fine.
