Dear SAP gurus,
We are facing an issue during the Oracle DB upgrade into 11.2.0.3 ("Configuring Database with Enterprise Manager failed").
We have done the following so far:
1.-Update oracle client
2.-Install oracle
3.-Upgrade oracle -->ISSUE while Database Upgrade assistant is between
81% and 100%.
The Database Upgrade Assistant gets stuck at "Could not complete Enterprise Manager configuration. Enterprise Manage configuration failed due to the following error - Error
uploading configuration data to the repository" Refer to the log file at /oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbua/<sid>/upgrade1/emConfig.log for more details.
You can retry configuring this database with Enterprise Manager later by manually running /oracle/<sid>/11203/bin/emca script."
Please suggest how we could solve this issue.
Thanks in advance, Marc
Hi Marc,
Could you provide more information and upload "/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbua/<sid>/upgrade1/emConfig.log", here?
Additionally, try to execute the commands at the OS level, below;
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
And check the document "ID 1233913.1" at Oracle support site.
Best regards,
Orkun Gedik
