WM-QM Interface for processing Rejected material

Hello Experts,

How the rejeacted parts are handled in WM-QM interface.

for Eg. - After the usage decision QA32 it is found material is rejected & moved to blocked stock after processing PCN.

I want to know do i need to do any customization to process these rejected material, please provide process to handle the rejected material.

hi

you need not to do any special customization setting for handling rejected material, while taking usage decision QA32, you will put rejected material to blocked stock, then process that PCN in normal way only.

Hello Kamal,

After processing that PCN material will be in storage type 917 & stock category as S.

Now i have to send this material back to vendor as rejected material what wil lbe the process?

Hello Charu,

you can follow the standard process, you can create reverse PO and then post GR and create TO.

Follow as kaml said while posting the GR you need to select blocked stock otherwise it will pick unrestricted stock.
