How to inactive MA in CLM

Hi All,

We have a requirement where in we have to inactive few of the MAs created for the testing purpose.

Please share some suggestions.

Hi Ankur ,

If you are looking to delete Master agreement you can surely do it ,

Just you have to change the expiration date to some past date and save the master agreement.

then click on  edit tab and goto documents tab you will get an option to delete the document there .

Hi,

You can try Document > Close or Document > Cancel for this purpose. This will make the MAs removed from the Active list of various searches. Its available on the toolbar menu of MA.

Instead there are other reports for searching closed / canceled MAs on which these will be available.
