APO DP problems

Hey Guys,

I am compiling list of typical issues we face in DP and their solutions. I have very limited experience of DP in real time. But during interviews I always come across question like

"What problems you faced while implementing / supporting DP and how did you solve them ?".

Any help in this would be much appreciated.

Hello Andrew,

As per my view the main issue which I face in Demand Planning is while loading the data to SAP BW system.Because this is the backbone of the entire process.

Once you sucessfully load the data to BW system then rest of the process becomes smooth.

Andrew,

My advise would be not to try to mislead the interviewer about your limited experience.  Most of these guys can identify misrepresentations very quickly.  Just stick to what you really do know about DP, even if it is limited.

Thanks for you reply. But I am not at all misleading anyone. By telling them the problems and solutions, I am just demonstrating my potential to solve probable problems.
