Hi experts,
In our project , we are facing an issue using capacity balancing (FPCMCAP) :
Customer requirement is :
Step S1 with 2 activities A1 & A2
Step S2 (alternative of step A) with 2 activities A1 & A3
We want to limit the number of steps A (example = 500)
We want also add a capacity balancing in activity A1 (example = 200)
Example :
Input FPVA = 1000 dunning ready for Step A
Execution FPVA
Number of steps A = 200
Number of steps B = 300
Number of dunning not executed = 500
But with FPCMCAP it is not possible to do on the same step capacity limit & capacity to alternative step...
Do you have an idea to solve our issue.
Thanks.

Hi Mathieu,
are you using BRF or BRF+ as I believe that in BRF+ you could use a combination of custom function module and decision tree to achieve your result by assigning the coll step (step A) until the count reaches what you would like (200) for the Activity A1 and then assign the step (Step B) until it reaches a limit (300) the remainder would be assigned the step C which would be used to hold the unexecuted dunning records from the proposal.
I'm not sure but believe you could do the same in BRF.
I hope you found the answer helpful or correct.
regards,
K

Hello Kashmir,
I use BRF but in our customizing we don't use tree, only truth table...
We found an alternative solution with our client.
Thanks,
Mathieu
