ECC6 upgrade - SUM error - Create DMT descriptor step

Dear Gurus,

we are executing an upgrade from ECC6 dual stack EhP4 to EhP6 and we are getting an error in SUM configuration step in Java side.

An error has occurred during the execution of the Create DMT descriptor step.

error description:

while trying to invoke the method
com.sap.sdt.j2ee.model.SDTUserAccountIF.getUserName() of an object returned from com.sap.sdt.j2ee.model.DatabaseSchemaIF.getSapSchema().

Can you please help me to solve the problem and continue with upgrade

Thank you for your answer.

I have seen that thread too, but I don´t thing is related.

We have MS SQL and unfortunatly, we don´t have an explicit error message like this - ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied.

It looks something with the database. maybe permissions. we have tryied a lot of changes with the users, schema, etc, but without success.

We are wainting for an answer from SAP since yesterday morning. The message is In processing by SAP.

Do you have any more ideas?
