SO not goes in Embargo check block

Dear Team,

My Sales sales order not goes to embargo block.

In my costomer master i have an country - BM.My destination countr.

My departure country is - US.(Embargo activated)

In GTS - Maintain Country-Specific Information - I had manintained -

Country - BM'

BM  chcek box ticked with from 12/31/1899 to 12/29/9999

Kindly suggest why it is not goes to emargo check / block if any thing missing from my side.

Thanks Mouaz,

As per details provided by me my sales order is directly saved but not going in Embargo check for this country only.

Destination Country: BM

For other country it is working fine for same sales doc type & sales area.

As i am new to GTS, where i am able to see document compliance log even document is not going in any block.

If you can help me to know system behaviour for below three scnario that will very much helpful to me.

For  Maintain Country-Specific Information (/SAPSLL/CNTRY)?

I want to clarification for the below three scenarios,

1. If my county not maintained in country specificinformation.

2. If my country maintained but not tick UN Embargo check box.

3.  If my country maintained and also tick UN Embargo check box.

Hi,

To find the document log, you need to do following steps in GTS:

1. From GTS initial cockpit screen, go to Legal Control - Export

2. Go to Display existing documents

3. In field Reference number, type the Sales Order number

4. Hit F8

5. Click once on the document

6. Hit icon Log or Shift+F4

You will get then the detailled Log. With this Log, it will be a lot easier to find out the issue.

From the screen shot, I guess there is no Legal Regulation active for Embargo checks.

You need to check GTS customizing @ Compliance Management -> Embargo Check -> Activate Legal Regulations.

Regarding your other question:

1. If my county not maintained in country specificinformation.

2. If my country maintained but not tick UN Embargo check box.

3.  If my country maintained and also tick UN Embargo check box.

--> Only 3rd option will actually lead to an Embargo block, provided there is an Embargo Legal Regulation active...

Unable to find any active le  regulations for determination proc. "LEEMB"

But In Activate Legal Regulations we have an already entries & it is working fine for other country which are maintianed in (/SAPSLL/CNTRY).

Any other possibilities.

For which countries did you activate the Legal Regulations in the customizing ? For which type of checks (Domestic, Export, etc...)

And for your Sales Order, what it the country of Departure and country of Destination ?

We have an US country activated for Legal regulations in customizing.

Type is - 3rd in both case Import & Export - Check Despatch / Export (Excluding domestic)

In My sales order,

Country of Departure - US

Country Of Destination is - BU (Burma)

First thing I notice is that at the beginning of your post you talked about country code BM, in the last post country code is BU... and for me, country code for Burma is MM...    anyway, this has nothing to do with the Legal Regulation activation...

2nd thing, please send a screen shot of the customizing where the Legal Regulation is activated.

By any chance, have you changed the Determination Procedure LEEMB ? (Just asking, this shouldn't be changed...)

Yes you are right.

Actually i am confused for Coutry burma (BU or BM).Later i know that it is MM.

But for MM also issue is same.

Please find the screen shot for the same.

mmm... I am short of ideas...

Just shooting, please check the following things:

(1) Check country of Legal Unit (=Plant in GTS) is US

(2) Check Determination Procedure LEEMB is uniquely using determination strategy ALRG01 - Determine Legal Regulation at Country Level (Customizing point: Define Determination Procedure for Active Legal Regulations)

(3) Check BADI /SAPSLL/LCC_DOCUMENT is not used to change the determination of the active Legal Regulations

I had cheked all the things but not found the solution,

But thanks for the information & help providing by you. It is very much useful to us.

If i found the solution or exact problem i will update in the forum.
