how can i report revenue compare to the actual costs which i get after confirmation.

Hi,

Run tcode GR55 and choose report group as 6P01 and execute. Enter the project number and execute the report. Here you will get a detailed cost element based report where you can compare revenue to actual costs. There are other reports too viz., S_ALR_87013531, CJI3.

Check CJI3 report also. Here you can compare the figures based on value type and debit type.
