Configured CTS+, but getting File Transfer Error Code: 8

I configured CTS+ for PI 73. I followed the Guide "How To Configure Enhanced CTS for SAP NetWeaver Process Integration 7.1 SP06". Everything seems to have went fine during the configuration process.

Now, when I go into stms and do a check on the transport tool, I'm getting :

Deploy Web Service -File Transfer         Error code: 8

Everything else if OK

Anybody had this issue or know what the problem may be?

Hello,

Do you have any more error information than this? Are there any logs available in STMS? Do you get any related dumps in ST22? If yes, please post the details.

Hi Mark,

There were no errors or dumps. I had to create a trouble ticket with SAP and they recommended that I apply SAP note 1497388. This resolved the issue.
