web Dynpro RFC username

In netweaver 7.3

When Importing Adaptive RFC 2 Model we are prompted for a username and password for "Back End Login". What type of user is this usually? The developer or a system type user? This is the same username that is used for R/3 configuration connection.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the info....

Another problem, the password field only takes 12 characters and our passwords are longer...

Any suggestions?

Thanks again

Hi,

The credentials of a user, who can login into the backend system, has to be used. So you can use the developer's credentials as well.
