Privilege assignment from IDM UI defaults to ValidFrom=01/01/1900; Validto=12/31/999 in ABAP

Hello all,

Using IDM 7.2 SP4. When I assign a privilege from IDM UI and whether or set I set a Validfrom and Validto, the role gets assigned but defaults to the values above. I am not using HCM and VDS so Note 1718056 does not apply to me. Any ideas please.

Not too sure on this, but my first thought is that you are not setting the  valid to/from on the privilege, but rather on another entrytype.

Hello Matt,

Thanks much for your response. I gather from your answer "the fault is not in our stars".I'll at everything although, I don't see where that could be. The Read and Write passes on initial load seem ok.
