Issue in RG1 register update

Hi ,

I have created an Exports sales order with bond and also created an ARE1 document.When i Do J1I5 the material document appears with the classifications IWE , but the issue is if i select the classification  as IDH/IDE/IWO still this material document appears ,accordingly to me this material document should appear only if you select calssification IWE it should not reflect in other classification .

The movement appears is 601

Dear Atul,

  Your observation is absolutely correct. As per the standard functionality of SAP, there is no restriction on Material document to be filtered based on the classification you have chosen. However as a Best Practice  you can ask the user to update the RG1 register every time new invoice document is created, Instead of waiting till month end or quarter end.

  Second option would be use the right user exit for RG1 register update and you can write your own logic to control the Material document based on classification. For your information, I have copied the exit available in program J_1IREGSN.
