Missing Menu Bar when the GUI is loaded

Hi

I have searched the web and this problem seems to be common however the most touted solution of reinstalling the GUI has not worked.

When I go into production I am missing the Menu bar the SAP user menu Business workspace etc, I have the SAP_ALL profile.

When I go into Dev\Qas I get these items.

When I try someone elses machine I don't get these items.

So it has to be with my user profile in production.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Please verify the following.

Logon to Production and go to Extras --> Settings

Make sure "Do not display menu, only display favorites" is not checked.
