System status grey (all steps in Managed system configuration successfuly completed. Solution manager version 7.11 SP4)

Dear colleagues, No matter that all steps in solman_setup-> Managed system configuration are executed successfully system status is grey

Solution manager system is 7.11 SP4

Hi

If you have just finished Basic Configuration, then we you need to wait for 1-2 days for all Back ground Jobs to be finished. Once all back grounds Jobs have run after you have done Managed System configuration just wait for 1-2 days. It will turn Green Automatically.

In case this is not the case. Do let us know?

Magdalena,

Select your System under Managed System Configuration and click on "Show Details" which is around the top right.  Once you do this, bunch of Tabs will open on the bottom of the page.

Go to Technical System Details --> Status.

Here you will get a list of topics with their respective status.  Please go through them and figure what needs to be done.

You can always restart Solman system.

Hi Ravi, I found "CTC Service Not Installed on Monitored System" in "Show Details"

Did you install the latest Patch for LM-SERVICE on the Java system?

Please also check the version/patch level of LM_TOOLS in Solution Manager.  Make sure that Solution is on at least SP3.
