i am posting the stock in to the plant through MB1C t.code , after entering all the details while saving the document i am getting the error.

From your subject error, I could understand that the issue is in table T169P which relates to multiple configuration activities.  Anyway, have a look at TCodes MRDC and OMRH the data of which are stored in table T169P and are purely related to FI.  So ask your FI guys to check these two tables.

You can also have a look at the following notes:-
