Free Entry not working in Runtime Workbench

Hi,

We are using SAP PI 7.1EHP1 and I am trying to search the Adapter Engine using Message Monitor. When I select Free Entry and populate the date and times it always reverts to the previous default entry when i hit search.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

Hi Gareth,

try deploying the latest JAVA FRAMEWORK Offline component patch for the the SP of your PI 7.11 system,

i.e.,

see the SAP note -

1382239 InvokeTargetException while accessing data from inputfield

we have seen this issue and it is fixed via SP06.

Not sure if there is an OSS not specifically for the SP you are currently on but it is worth raising a message with SAP.

Hi Gareth,

yes, I've seen this before, and no, I don't know whether there is a fix. But have you tried other browser settings? Compatibility mode, IE? Many issues in RWB I could "fix" by this.

I have tried executing the query from IE6, IE8, Chrome and Firefox and it doesn't work in any of them.
