Dear Expert,

I'm trying to upgrade current system SAP Netweaver 7.02 to SAP Netweaver 7.3 EHP1.

From the beginning the upgrade process was working very well, but when it reach phase BIND_SUPPORT_PACKAGES it always produced an error.

An error has occurred during the execution of the <i>BIND_SUPPORT_PACKAGES</i> phase.

Error while applying support package stacks. See stack trace for details.

Error during reinitialize of target components vector.

No UTL Description for active source product {sap.com/ERP=}!

I have undeployed all java components relate to ERP , then restart the system and repeat the upgrade process.

But it still produces the same error.

Hi Visal,

This seems to be a known issue,as you need to go through the below notes:-
