HR security: Leave request error

Hi All,

  One of the user is trying to put leave request in HR system and getting the error as per attached screen shot. We have checked the user ahs all correct roles and authorisation. Could any one give some inputs regarding this. User is from Singapore as we ahve different locations roles setu in security perspective.

07/26/2012: Please use an MSA data entry profile.

Erroneous records exist. Navigation is not possible
