Attachment button greyed out in Confirmation workflow in SRM 7.01

Hi

We are on SRM 7.01 . I am not able to add attachment when the confirmation is in workflow . The "add attachment" button is greyed out.

Is this there any SAP Note on this?

Hi Ashish,

Could you please check the approver ABAP role (i.e. backend role) and see if he/she have access to Create / Change Activity? You can find it under Authorization tab --> Display authorization --> BBP Component --> SRM : Confirmation in EBP.
