Is there an API to update table Shop_Order_Inspection_Lot?

Take a look at the ShopOrderService. The updateShopOrder() method has the ShopOrderFullConfiguration argument that has a shopOrderInspectionLotList. That element contains the data from the SHOP_ORDER_INSPECTION_LOT table.
